College essays don’t have to be hard…

I spend my writing life trying to find the authentic voices of young people as characters in my stories. Essay writing is a natural extension of that process. I help students find their own voice and suggest edits from that voice, resulting in essays that are written by high school seniors, not by adult co-writers.

I have helped students write essays that resulted in admissions to The University of Chicago, Cornell University, The University of Michigan, The University of Pennsylvania, Duke University, The University of Wisconsin-Madison, and many more.
